That Is Why They Make Lemonade with Brooke Saturday's 7:30pm - 10pm I have volunteered at WGDR since 1989 and enjoy every moment that I am there. Radio Programming on 91.1 FM is an important part of my individuality and sense of self. I am a free spirit and am so happy that we are not restricted like other radio stations. I am given the gift to share experiences with my audience through music, reading, commentary, and interviews. I am a very dramatic person and enjoy putting on a "show" for my audience. Even though I do not work for Goddard or program for more than a few hours, this is still the longest job I have ever kept. I am bored and frustrated easily and therefore the freedom of being "on air" is the truest gift I have ever received. Past shows that I have been involved with are: For those Who like to Groove, Saturday Morning Music, Brooke's Living Room, Radio Hot Sauce and now I present my first after noon slot. I like to hear the way music from all genres connect together and form (hopefully) a feeling of some kind to my audience. |
