Board meetings generally occur once a month. In 2025, the Board will meet the 4th Monday of the month, 5:30-7pm online.

As a non-profit, CVCR does not fall under Vermont’s open meeting law which is for municipalities. However, if a member of the public would like to contact the board to request to be on the agenda, they can be reached at: CVCRBoard@WGDR.org (this will reach all board members).
